For example, there is no way to eject a drive without knowing which server it is connected to. I often connect to groups of servers (all servers in a WebLogic cluster, for example) so I have reserved drives K: through T: for this. If one or more of these drive letters are already in use, there is no way for me to automatically disconnect the existing hosts. Under ExpanDrive 1.8 I could just "net use X: /delete" without knowing the name of the host the X: drive was connected to.

Re: ExpanDrive v2.3 for OS X Lion

Can I use ExpanDrive to use as iPhoto Library, with 200Gb there?

Re: ExpanDrive for Windows v2.2

I made a quick file copying test to compare speeds and 1.8 was faster by a small margin (4:20 versus 4:50). That is not bad, but it is not improvement. I was copying 238 files in 246 folders (php code with svn repository data). I use NetBeans to browse files on remote drives and new version just feels slower, but I'll give it another try.

Re: ExpanDrive for Windows v2.2

It's much faster in the general case or lost users.
In v1.8.4 I never experienced such an issue while v2 is nothing but disappointing :(

Re: PSA: Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI Adapter works great with Dell 3007WFP

No Jeff, you are WRONG abut this statement: "Dell makes a 30-inch display with a full-size DisplayPort, but (as far as I know) there is no adapter to connect it to a Mini DisplayPort."
